Should you wish to exchange any items of product or request a refund due to a product not fulfilling your expectation, our invoice comes with details to help with the processing. A full refund [less delivery] will be provided to your credit card. Returns must be processed within seven days of receipt of your parcel. If your parcel has arrived damaged please return immediately along with the original packaging to ensure we can make a claim with the postal carrier.
